SAIC proposes to assist the Disaster management centre of Sri Lanka to implement a disaster Management System and the Protocols and procedures to outcome the receipt and Assimilation of hazard alert data into actionable information.

SAIC will also help develop standard responses for specific scenarios so that total end to end warning time for emergency situation is considerable reduced.
