Following several years of related work experience and a vision to expand expand into parallel areas of services, property development seemed a natural area for expansion.

It was on this note that City Land was born. The company’s inception saw experts in the area of engineering, Land development, designing & civil engineering working together as a cohesive whole, with further expansion over the course of time into areas of Land Clearance, Plot Formation & International Road development.

The company started on a strong note undertaking the Nisalasevena Housing Scheme & several large Projects followed in its wake. The company works closely with WINCON (a leading Malaysian Construction firm) & is an active member of the of the Chamber of Construction Industry(CCI) more recently City Land has undertaken the civil work associated with our sister company Advanced Technologies, supplying & installing security roadblock for HSBC.

The company’s superior work ethic, along with years of experience & an unwavering dedication to all its clients has seen the company’s roster of clients & projects grow exponentially. Subsequently, City Land undertook housing construction Projects for REDECO and housing and includes projects for Red Cross.
